Sandra Jones supervises the city-wide recruitment and selection process. Administers hiring, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing and candidate assessment process. Trains and advises managers on the recruitment process and manages the Affirmative Action program.
She is the NeoGov Administrator for the following City Departments:City Attorney, City Manager, City Clerk, IT, Customer Services, Engineering Services, Financial Services, Parks and Recreation, and Public Services.
