Southside Senior Fitness
The Southside Fitness Center and Cardio Room offers designated drop-in hours to adults age 50+ at no charge. Our newly-renovated facility features an elliptical machine, treadmill, stationary bike, spin bikes, fitness rope, kettlebells, weights and Smith Bench press machine. Staff will be available to assist participants with fitness goals and machine use.
